In May of 1990, Marlene Warren answered her front door in Wellington, Florida to a person dressed as a clown holding flowers and balloons. Moments later, she was shot in the face. The case would go unsolved for 27 years, but investigators had their suspects almost immediately. Today we’re diving into the murder of Marlene Warren, the affair that may have led to it, and why it took nearly three decades to make an arrest.
